Job Title: ISS Customer Engineer
Responsibilities:
Re-active HP Blade product on site technical service delivery
HP ISS server and storage product Repair/Installation/Maintenance
Call to repair for mission critical environment
CISCO /Environment technical support
Qualifications:
- College degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent (at least two years work experience for college degree);
- Familiar with Windows, Linux and VMWARE administration is plus;
- Familiar with HP ISS products is plus；
- Understand mission critical environment
- Networking and database knowledge experience is plus
- Good communication skills and customer service sense
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Be pro-active and self-motivated

- HP 刀片产品现场技术支持工作；
- HP ISS服务器和存储产品的维修/安装/技术支持；
- 用户关键业务系统的及时响应和维修工作；
- CISCO或其他网络环境的技术支持工作。
招聘要求：
- 计算机，自动化及其相关专业大专以上学历（大专学历需要3年以上工作经验）；
- 熟悉Windows，LINUX和VMWARE系统管理的人员优先；
- 熟悉惠普ISS产品线的人员优先；
- 有网络或数据库支持经验的人员优先；
- 清晰了解用户关键业务系统的概念；
- 需要有一定的现场支持工作经验；
- 良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识；
- 良好的英语阅读和写作能力；
- 善于主动学习和自我激励。
