Experience and Education
4+ years experience of kernel programming in C/C++
Demonstrated ability of system level debugging and performance tuning
Knowledge in Unix (Solaris, BSD, Linux) and/or Windows operating systems
Knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following areas: file systems, networking, device drivers, clustering, storage protocols (NFSv3, v4 and v41 pNFS, CIFS, iSCSI), storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, OSD)
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or closely related field

Required Skills
Strong problem solving skill
Strong commitment to sound software engineering practices
Comfortable working in a highly distributed international team
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English
Provide mentorship to junior engineers
