Job Summary
Seeking an experienced System Administrator to support Beijing office infrastructure as well as the local business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support for company associates
- Provides hands and feet support for other company IT groups
- Coordinates and troubleshoots IT services including systems, network, telephony, video conferencing
- Serves as an IT business partner for internal departments on administrative or technical matters, as well as assigned projects
- Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems infrastructure
- Involves in hardware procurement, system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and servicing uses skills as an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways
- Demonstrates considerable judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Contributes and potentially lead Beijing office relocations and expansions
- Handles shift work and unusual hours if required

Job Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- BSc/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2~8 years experience in UNIX/Linux administration of systems in a Corporate / Academic environment
- Outstanding customer service, communication and documentation skills, as well as ability to interact and communicate with team members globally
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and skilfully
- Solid understanding of networking and strong Linux troubleshooting skills required
- Preferred experience with technical facilities environments (ie cooling, power infrastructure) as well as with facilities projects
- Preferred experience with ITIL
- Fluency in Mandarin and English a MUST; additional language skills will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen
