职位一：JAVA PL
（一）任职资格：
1. 学历背景：正规大学本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
2. 技术能力：
- 具备软件工程及软件开发方法论相关知识，并有过实际实施经验；
- 熟悉Er-Win，PowerDesigner等商用DB建模工具；
- 熟悉主流数据库（Oracle/MS-SQL/MySQL等）及相关存储过程的开发及SQL调优；
- 熟悉J2EE及主流开发框架（Struts, Spring, Hibernate等）；
- 为人诚信、正直、责任心强，踏实肯干；
- 具有良好的职业道德和团队协作能力，具备良好的学习和沟通能力；
3. 外语要求：英语良好，CET-4级以上或韩语精通。
（二）职位描述：
带领团队按时完成项目开发（Java方向为主）。
职位二：Java/SOA Systems Architect
Responsibilities:
1.Architecture Design, implement applications for enterprise applications and services
2.Follow the company process and standard to complete the whole Software Development Lifecycle
3.Ensure the quality while the development progresses and in the final delivery
4.Work closely with bid team and other departments for proposals and the project pursing phase
5.Act as technical interface to the customer
6.Delivery interface to sales and business consultants
Requirements:
1.At least 7 years of hands on development and design experience in a java.
2.Quick learner in project and for new technology
3.Passion for J2EE and open source technologies
4.Rich java development experience either professionally or via open source contribution.
5.Skilled in J2SE, J2EE, EJB3, SSH, SOA and Design patterns
5.Knowledgeable: Websphere/Weblogic app server, Web/Data Caching, ESB, BPM, profiling, subversion, Junit, Maven, SourceForge, Java Open Source technologies
6.Background in SW project management
7.Demonstrated knowledge in software development methodologies
8.Experience in answering to technical sections of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
9.Experience in working with subcontractors & offsite development staff highly desired
10.Experience in the automotive industry highly desired
11.Experience in Sales, Aftersales and Wholesale markets considered a plus
12,Bachelor or master degree in computer science or in an engineering discipline
13.Strong written, verbal and presentational skills
14.Fluent spoken and written English
15.Willingness to travel
