1、Principle Software Engineer-QE（hadoop方向 java）
Job Responsibilities
 Provide leadership to a fun, talented team of Software Development Engineers in Test to deliver high quality releases of our products and services. Retain and mentor members on team
 Design, create and manage the test infrastructure. Help the team with the automation effort by using/leveraging/porting tools to dramatically increase automation coverage and raise the quality bar of our deliverables.
 Assess testing areas, determine proper testing needs for ongoing releases, create and manage test plans for new releases.
 Analyze, investigate and triage the issues uncovered by testing.

Requirements:
 Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
 Have a strong desire for achieving high product quality and leadership skills to coach junior members to maintain quality standard and process in development
 Extensive(7+ years) experiences in all areas of QA, including test case design, automation, white / gray-box testing
 Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of software testing metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
 Strong experience in collaborating across functional/geo teams.
 Experience with agile development process
 Working knowledge of Java, must have solid skills in testing Java products
 Good scripting skills in at least one common language (Perl, Python, Shell)
 Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.

2、Sr. Software Engineer-QE (hadoop方向java)
Job Responsibilities

 Work closely with product management, developers, support and partners to prioritize and deliver of our products.

Requirements:
 Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
 Excellent Communication, Collaboration, Reporting, Analytic and Problem solving skills.
 3+ years of extensive experience in Java, Perl, Python, and/or shell scripting with hands-on experience in back-end/API testing
 Must have experience or working knowledge of C++ or Java
 Experience in development tools and automation frameworks, proficient in using JUnit, TestNG etc test frameworks in product development.
 Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment
 Must be proficient in writing test plans and test cases at the white box and black box levels.
 Experience with agile development process

3、Principal. Software Engineer-QE（C/C++方向）
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 Develop test frameworks and tools including web, database and build technologies
 Train others on their use
 Educate developers on current software test practices

Skill set:
 Expertise in C and C++ programming
 Python, Perl, Java expertise encouraged
 Results driven
 Works very well in team environment
 Takes direction but does not require it
 Flexible in dealing with obstacles
 Excellent written and verbal communication

4、Senior Software Engineer（sustaining）
Job Description:
 Will work in a development team as the portal to the customer support team for EMC’s Unisphere product
 Will participate in cross-site multi-disciplined teams to ensure product quality and improve customer experience.
 Will take the challenge and enjoy the opportunity to learn the whole Unisphere system, and work on the individual modules.
 Will be built as system level expert who can provide defect RCA and drive improved customer focus back into the development stream
 Will take ownership for driving problem resolution.
 Will participate patch release and hot fix development.
 Will be the stakeholder to optimize the process for unified total customer experiences.

Requirements:
 BS/MS in Computer Science (or related field).
 3+ years software development experience.
 Must demonstrate strong problem resolving skills. WinDBG experience is a big plus.
 Must have hands-on Object Oriented Design and C/C++ Programming experience.
 Must have deep understanding of S/W development life cycle and processes.
 Independently executed small to medium sized projects in the context of a team.
