linux 5 重启后直接进grub了,无法启动

如题, 只有一段提示

估计是menu.lst文件损坏
可以用grub的命令行手工引导, 在grub的欢迎界面里按c, 然后看看root值都对不对
或者用livecd盘进去手工编缉menu.lst文件
