Good testing sense, can design good test cases under guide. When they execute the test cases, they can find related issues even we haven’t the specific case.
Can investigate simple issue. Through reading logs, he/she can tell the direction of the issue.
Has basic CS knowledge, not strong is acceptable.
Good communication skill, know how/when to communicate with the mentor. Active to communicate. Good Written and Reading English skill. - MUST
The person MUST be steady and quick response since our testing cycle is tight.
Know testing process/bug life cycle/how to handle bug/
Know the project he/she worked well is a great plus
2. web UI automation
has the experience on Selenium automation test
familiar with Java programming language
The coding skill reach the median level
Familiar with html/css
Good communication skill, know how/when to communicate with the mentor. Active to communicate. Good Written and Reading English skill. - MUST

3, backend and API automation
familiar with Linux/Unix shell, can program in shell
Familiar with one of the script language Perl/Python/Ruby, Perl is preferred.
Solid CS background, at least solid in one programming language (not script language), Java is preferred.
Good communication skill, know how/when to communicate with the mentor. Active to communicate. Good Written and Reading English skill. - MUST
