esponsibilities:
1．Delivery of High Quality Service (UNIX platforms)
- Provide competitive, efficient and high quality service through best practice, standardization and automation
- Manages overall day-to-day delivery of ongoing activities. Ensures consistent delivery to clients.
- Lead UNIX team to achieve and exceed quality targets. Monitors and directs delivery of services as per SLA requirements.
- Manages and mitigates delivery operation risks
- Ensure effective Crit-Sit management, escalation and resolution
2.Control, discipline and integrity
- Protect clients' business through a strong control posture and operational discipline


- Required：

Bachelor's Degree
English: Intermediate
Japanese: Fluent
