C++ (on Linux) Developer :
? Strong coding and programming logic skills.
? C++ and other Object Oriented languages like Java is a must.
? Strong knowledge on Computer Science background such as data structures/algorithms, Operation System basics, network programming, network infrastructure, etc, is a must.
? Familiar with Linux/Unix development environment or having previous experience on backend system development is a must.
? Familiar with Object Oriented Design, having experience on designing or developing large-scale software or systems is a must.
? Familiar with common internet protocols like HTTP or web services development experience is a must.

? Efficiency with HTML development (HTML, CSS, Javassript, AJAX, PHP) is a plus.
? Familiar with mobile development, having development experience on Feature Phones or Smart Phones like Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, Symbian, Windows Phone, etc. is a plus.
? Familiar with telecom protocols like SMS/MMS or having experience working with telecom carriers is a plus.

QE - QA Engineer (on Linux) :
? Experienced with design and implemention of test automation framework, including working with development engineers to write scripts and facilitate ad-hoc testing.
? Experienced in the design and implementation of test strategy and test cases, including executing tests using automation framework and validating test results to ensure the product requirements are met.
? At least 4 years of experience in Software QA with focus on testing backend server and web applications/ system bases components.
? Knowledge in relational database (mysql, Oracle, etc) is big plus.
? Strong UNIX/LINUX command-line troubleshooting background.
? Hands-on experience with white box and grey box testing, automation testing, and script languages such as Perl/Shell/C++, including submit, regress, and verify defects.
? Proficient test planning and test case writing and designing.
? Strong written and verbal skills in Chinese, and college-level English (yet, must be able to do basic verbal communications in English)
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
? Experienced working with remote development staff and QA teams is a big plus.
? Experienced with or knowledge of any QA tools (including: web monitoring, code coverage, memory tools, 3rd party integration) is a big plus.
