源码安装RPM-4.9.0的问题

红旗6.0 SP1 内核已经自行升级到2.6.35.8
原本系统自带的RPM管理器被我搞坏了{:3_108:} ，所以想用源码重新安装个，顺便提高版本。
结果半路卡壳，还望高手求救：
# ./configure CPPFLAGS="-I /usr/include/nspr4 -I /usr/include"

configure: error: missing required NSPR / NSS header
我google了错误信息，MS那个sechash.h是NSS中的一个组件，但是弄了半天还是搞不定
大虾们救救我吧！
