Job description (DC Server Operation)
- Handle server operation issues raised by different regions
- Trouble-shooting and urgency management that compliance with project management process
- Assign tasks to server engineers
- Generate tracking report
- Negotiate with regional leader regularly
- Work closely with other project teams internally and externally when necessary
- Work Location: Beijing
- Work Language: English & Chinese
Qualification:
- Computer & Technology Science Bachelor degree
- 3 years Data Center Operation Experience
- Excellent Communication Ability
- Familiar with Windows Server
- Linux/Solaris Unix Knowledge is value-added
- Database Knowledge is also preferred
- ITIL knowledge is required
- Good in English speaking / writing / reading / listening
- Great team work spirit
- Ability to be working under pressure
