此职位是技术方面的支持工作（偏技术），要求有过软件开发背景1-3年，最好做过Linux平台，能有过security/IP System 产品，或类似产品的相关经验，有一定的沟通交流能力，日文或英文流利
Software design of Security/IP camera and recorder for world wide customers
- Embeded Software (firmware) Design (Hardware control, Embeded Linux and others)
- Application Software Design (Linux Application and Windows Application. Using C++ , C, VC++, GTK, ActiveX and others.)
- Facilitate ISV (Independent Software Vender) recruitment with appropriate activities
- Get necessary technical support for ISV in SDK development
- IP security system project pre-qualification (discussion with sales, marketing)
Requirements
- University degree or above in Software related field
- Over 1 or 2 years of experience with windows or linux network software development in C/C++, VC, Java
- Over 1 or 2 years of experience with the software development process and schedule manage
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocol and experience of IP system integration
- Good communication, coordination and project management skills in technical aspects
- Fluent English or Japanese
- Self-initiating & pro-active working capability

还好吧，就是日语+Linux+C或者C++或者VC或者Java，一年经验以上的都可以try，另外并不单纯是做研发，所以要有一定的沟通能力
我想过了，那个偏门的产品不是谁都做过的，所以可以忽略
