出现“contains a file system with errors,check forced. ”的原因？

系统提示有bug后重启，结果出现如下错误：
/devVo1Group00/LogVo100
contains a file system with errors,check forced. check forced.
/devVo1Group00/LogVo100 ................ 1%
结果就开始了 还没到100%就会重启。
重启后出现
***An error occurred during the file system check.
***Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot.
***When you leave the shell.
Give root password for maintenance
( or type Control -D to continue):
我按照别人说的输入root密码，然后运行“fsck /devVo1Group00/LogVo100”
结果好了 ！
问题是这种情况出现了两次了，现在想问一下，是什么原因导致这种错误的？
需不需要重新做系统？还是硬盘或者其他什么部件有问题？
