JBoss Technical Support Engineer - Korean Speaker

You will experience every day how we do support differently, by working hand-in-hand with our team of Middleware Support Experts as well as with R&D and Engineering. This day-to-day cooperation will offer a great opportunity to learn beyond regular training. Primary responsibilities will include providing production technical support as well as developer-to-developer assistance for the JBoss products.

Primary Responsibilities:
 Proactively supporting customers through phone and Customer Portal Regarding JBoss products owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the service request lifecycle in accordance with Company Service Level Agreement.
 Proactively collaborate with Global Support Services team and contribute to world wide support services.
 Exceed customer expectations with outstanding customer service Adopting and contributing to new products, processes and tools Contributing to creating and maintaining knowledge content.

Required Skills and Experience:
 In-depth knowledge of the JVM.
 Fluent in Korean that can communicate with Korean customers in phone, mail and in portal.
 Well developed writing and reading skills in English.
 3+ years of professional experience in application and middleware (Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat, Apache).
 Deep understanding on Java/JEE technologies and products (JMS, Web Services, Servlets/JSP, EJB, JDBC, Hibernate).
 Proven ability and willingness to learn new open source middleware technologies.
 Strong customer service skills.
 Demonstrated efficient problem solving and analytical skills.
 Preference for working in a global cooperative team environment.
