职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Candidate will be doing some part of LTE eNB development and testing, current focus is ModemApp. The responsibility may include development design, coding, UT, DIT/CT etc.
2.Candidate will need to work with international teams such as system engineering and architect to understand 3GPP LTE specs and Motorola MCS, ICD and all related requirements, and create, review the design document.
3.Candidate will implement the requirements and design and create development test (such as UT, DIT/CT and/or CIT etc.) plan, test cases and execute them to debug the code issues and solve them timely.
4.Candidate will set up the necessary test equipment/environment, write test report and verify the bug fix.
5.Candidate will need to ensure the quality and schedule of the development and testing and ensure smooth handover to next phase receivers, in accordance to the required processes and procedures.
6.Candidate support to peers in the same development and testing group is a must.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor/Master Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering, LTE technology background esp. Familiar with OFDM /OFDMA and LTE/WiMax profiles especially on LTE/WiMax MAC/Scheduler development test is a plus.
2.5+ years C++/C, UNIX, scripting development and testing experience
3.3+ years working experience in Mobile Communication Field, experiences on 3G/4G system will be preferred.
4.Strong communication and organization skill.
Team player with initiative, ability to deal with working pressure
Demonstrate confidence in front of challenge of schedule and customer pressure
Strong problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Quick learning and can-do approach.

Willing to provide long hour support during the trial or deployment
