我320g的硬盘 先装的linux 在ghost的xp
sda1 ／boot 88M
sda2 ／ 60G
sda3 winxp 13G
写好menulist到xp里面
分了60G出来 fat当作d盘用
现在问题来了
我想在linux 或者 windws下都不能 分剩余的空间了！
怎么回事

你可以选择在linux给它分区，然后格式化。再到Xp下使用。这是没问题的。

那么分区格式是fat的只能分不超过50G把 可是有几百g呢 怎么半呢用个扩展分区ntfs给d盘 在分割扩展 ext3给linux／home用如何是好？？

这是正常的啊。你分区已经分完了。
硬盘只能分4个主分区。其中sda4是扩展分区。
也就是说除了sad1,sda2,sda3外，其他所有的空间都要分给sda4。然后再到sda4上分逻辑分区。
或者说sda5,sda6,sda7,sda……都是sda4的一部分。
