Sr. Linux Platform Engineer（Team Leader）

Responsibilities
? Design and implement the software system on time with world class quality
? Develop and maintain telecommunication software applications
? Development utilizes BBN software process consisting of writing release plan and initial estimation, functional specifications, design documents, unit test, system (integration) test through QA test
? Work with the Customer Support organization to understand customer issues, replicate the customer issues and resolve them
? Willing and able to travel to USA

Requirements
? Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical
Engineering
? 4＋ years' experience in Telco level Linux platform development
? Familiar with software development process and tools such as ClearCase and ClearQuest
? Advanced understanding in Linux High Availability, two node redundancy technology. (Heartbeat, DRBD, etc)
? Advanced understanding in Linux platform development like file-system, alarm management, Linux network system
? Expert with Linux C/C++ programming
? Computer networking and data communication technologies such as TCP/IP
? Fluent speaking and written English would be a plus
? Background with Leading Communication Company is a plus

任职要求
? 计算机科学或工程专业本科以上学历
? 4年以上电信级Linux平台开发工作经验
? 熟悉软件开发流程及工具，如ClearCase，ClearQuest
? 精通Linux高可用，双机热备等相关技术 (Heartbeat, DRBD, etc)
? 精通Linux平台开发，比如文件系统，告警管理，网络子系统
? 精通Linux C/C++ 编程
? 熟悉计算机网络及数字通迅技术如TFTP, SNMP and TCP/IP
? 英语流利优先
? 最好是通讯行业软件开发背景
