Technical Skills

System Administration
* GNU/Linux (Centos and Redhat derivatives).
* Enterprise management
* Scripting bash and perl
* Mail
* Load Balancing
o Web, Database and Applications

Web Development
* PHP
* Mysql/Postgres
* Apache

DNS and Domains
* Ability to manage the groups Domain assets and addressing

Hardware Maintenance
* Linux Servers - Physical and Virtual.

Windows Troubleshooting
* Connectivity, Firefox, Thunderbird, FTP

Requirements

Two to five years in System administration. Solid understanding of GNU Linux, LAMP technologies, Internet and Networking standards. Website administration and development experience. We are looking for someone who can take over responsibility for service provision across the organisation with the desire to lead development or systems teams in the future. Project and general management skills will also be highly valued.

The successful candidate will be a native Chinese speaker who is happy to operate in a mixed English/Chinese language business environment.

The Role

Maintain and improve existing systems infrastructure:
* Web Sites
* Processing systems
* Data and application servers
* Information management systems

Policy and Development
* As we grow our corporate IT requirements change. This role will be responsible for ensuring that 'IT' is not only responsive to corporate needs but also drives the company forward.

Location
* The position is located in our Beijing office.
