Ubuntu设置指南补充

前言

　　终于还是经不住“诱惑”，安装了Ubuntu6.06LTS，放弃了CentOS。认识Linux一年多，基本的几种安装方法还比较熟悉，安装起来也比较容易，不熟悉的可以参考官方的安装指南，安装完毕后经过上篇的官方指南设置后，日常基本应用已经没有问题，在这里在补充两点针对个人的一点设置。

　　字体设置

　　个人比较喜欢"文鼎 PL 新宋"，因此自己手动添加fireflysung.ttf到目录“/usr/share/fonts/truetype/arphic”，执行命令
sudo mkfontscale
sudo mkfontdir
sudo fc-cache -fv
sudo vi /etc/fonts/language-selector.conf

更改成如下

再将本文附件中的自定义的"ttf-arphic-newsung.conf"拷贝到"/etc/fonts/conf.d"目录下


安装ATI显卡驱动

sudo apt-get install xorg-driver-fglrx
执行如下命令
sudo aticonfig --initial
sudo aticonfig --overlay-type=Xv
手动修改"/etc/X11/xorg.conf"成如下
