1 position： senior QA Engineer
a) SBE Senior QA Engineer (1 person)
Job Description:
- As a QA Engineer to work as guardian of world’s largest eCommerce web site
- Analyze product requirements, create test plans, test cases and identify deliverables
- Execute testing tasks and report status, escalating issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing tasks on a project basis
- Proactively solve problems, suggest process improvements

Requirements:
- University degree or above majored in computer science or other disciplines
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or software engineering
- Possess a very solid understanding of testing methodologies
- Experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans
- Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies beneficial
- Familiarity with Windows/UNIX/Linux system administration
- Familiarity with Perl, Oracle, XML
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be able to work well with various people with different cultures

b) QA Consultant - RTM (1 person)
Job responsibilities:
l Review with Product Manager the product requirements to understand the project and business objectives.
l Estimate the testing scope and effort, communicate with project team on the deliverable schedule.
l Complete testing tasks independently including setting testing environment, executing test cases, driving defect solving, updating project status and so on.
l Execute different testing methods like front-end/back-end testing, blackbox/whitebox testing, manual/automation testing, static/dynamic testing.
l Coordinate resources and effort of testing group on a project basis
l Implement and maintain automation scripts using eBay's proprietary automation framework, and be responsible for automation analysis.
l Proactively escalate problems, and work out best solutions.
l Willing for continuous process improvements or innovation and integrate it well into daily work.
l Identify project risks and take right actions to avoid the risk into issues.
l Keep high standard metrics in both project execution and result


Job requirements:
l 3~5 years of working experience in software testing/development, as least three years experience in software testing.
l Good at communication in English within a multi-national company
l Possess solid understanding of both software development process and testing methodologies
l Good at prioritizing assigned tasks in a multi-thread working environment
l Familiar in working in popular system environment like Unix/Linux, Oracle, Windows, Internet and etc..
l Experience in complex application platform with Java/C++, HTML/XML/XSL/JS, Web Services, SOA, and API
l Experience with automation tools desired, especially Selenium, QTP or Silk.
l Whitebox testing with JUnit will be preferred.
l Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines



c) QA Engineer (2 persons)
Job responsibilities:
l Analyze product requirements, create test plans, and identify deliverables.
l Execute testing tasks and report status, escalate issues as appropriate
l Functional testing, including black box and gray box testing, is needed
l Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing on a project basis
l Produce and maintain automation scripts using eBay's proprietary automation framework
l Proactively escalate/solve problems, suggest process improvements.
l Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.

Job requirements:
l 3-5 years of experience in software testing or web development
l Possess solid understanding of both testing process and testing methodologies
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
l Competency in PL/SQL is required as well as a good understanding of related database
l Java coding experience is desired if applying for White box testing
l Familiarity with XML, ISAPI, HTML, XSL, JS and basic Windows/UNIX system administration desired.
l Experience with Clear Quest and testing automation tools desired
l Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines

l Strong working experience in Java.
l Strong experience in RDBMs such as Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer. Strong Oracle SQL skills. Experience with Object Relational Mapping a plus
l Experience with SOA and SOAP API Development
l Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills.
l Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Struts, Tapestry, etc...
l Strong modeling skills - Familiarity with metdata schema formats like XSD, XML, OWL, RDF.
l Strong Javascript/HTML/CSS programming skills, experience with Javascript libraries such as EXT Js, YUI.
l Strong Communication Skills
l Understand Test Driven Development and agile development methodologies.
l Experience developing Rich Internet Applications.
l 4-6 years of java development experience.
