Linux Admin

Responsibilities:
Provide 7X24 support for production infrastructure
Maintain server uptime consistent with corporate goals and metrics
Manage disk storage/tape backups and archiving for all critical business systems in the company
Maintain and constantly improve server performance, reliability and security, including kernel tuning, file system layout and optimization, and ongoing of services in compliance with security policies
Participate in corporate projects as needed to provide server and storage specification and to install appropriate systems
Conduct testing and analysis of all components of all enterprise Linux servers
Work on open issues, potential problems that effect the timely completion of projects
Participate in Company website releases, audits and 3rd party server scans as deemed appropriate by management

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Linux administration
University degree in Computer science or similar fields of study
Demonstrated expertise in system performance profiling and performance tuning in Linux environment
Experience in supporting 7X24 production web sites and Apache, BEA/JBOSS/Oracle and Networker backup software is preferred
Customer support experience and a strong customer-service orientation
Team player with self-driven qualities and skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

对应用环境基础架构提供 24x7技术支持
确保服务器有效性并达到公司规定的标准
管理公司关键数据磁盘/磁带备份存储
维护与提高服务器性能，稳定性，安全性。包括内核优化，文件系统配置、优化，以及确保安全策略的一致性
参与公司项目中的技术规划和系统部署（含存储系统）
对公司Linux服务和子系统进行测试和分析
执行分配的任务，排除潜在技术问题，确保项目顺利实施
参与公司站点发布，审核和已采用的第三方系统的监控扫描

任职资格：
2年以上 Linux 管理经验
大学本科计算机或相关专业
熟悉Linux系统配置和优化
具有以下经验优先考虑：24x7 技术支持，Apache, BEA/JBOSS/Oracle， Networker backup software
具有客户支持工作经验且具备优秀的服务意识
具有团队合作精神且自我驱动力强
流利的英文沟通
