FC10星际译王编译找不到PKGCONFIG！！怎么办啊

我已经把有pkgconfig的都加到PATH里了
[root@localhost stardict-3.0.1]# echo $PKG_CONFIG_PATH
/usr/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/share/pkgconfig
