linux下的声音怎么这么小？

把系统小喇叭调到最大，也像网上说的把alsamixer各项都调到最大..
系统不插耳线就根本听不到(5ty(
有谁知道怎么搞吗？
还有就是刚才播放电影还好好的，搞了一下出错了，结果现在都用不了了....(6)m:b
