1、从各种途径取得guub.exe、grldr，复制到C:/
2、从iso中解压出casper至C:/,其中的vmlinuz、initrd.gz复制到C:/
2、从iso中解压出.disk至C:/,其中内容复制到C:/
4、C:/下建menu.lst文件，内容：
title Install Ubuntu 8.10
root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/ubuntu-8.10-desktop-i386.iso ro quiet splash locale=zh_CN.UTF-8
initrd /initrd.gz
boot
5、编辑boot.ini,在最后加一行：C:\GRLDR="Grub"
6、将ubuntu-8.10-desktop-i386.iso移至其他硬盘根目录（不是其他分区）或U盘上，待安装硬盘上若有则改名。
7、重启，顺利安装。

楼上的，可以参考我对menu.lst的修改。我是用grldr来引导fedora和ubuntu，构建了winxp＋fedora9＋ubuntu8.04三系统，注意需要在windowsxp下用到totalcommander和Ext2IFS两个软件来复制、读取和编辑linux下的boot文件，费了我很多的心思，终于成功了，并且我现在备份了c盘下的grldr、menu.lst、和boot.ini三个文件后，可以随时重装任一系统而不会破坏另外的系统，这样也满足了linux系统需要经常安装的要求，安逸惨了。
