ftp登录乱码

我在终端用ftp登录时出现乱码，这个怎么解决阿？

上面显示的全是乱码，包括远程服务器返回的文件列表文件名也是乱码，但是我的终端在平时的使用中并不是乱码的，只是在执行ftp的时候就乱码了，哪位大侠可以告知？急。。。，另外我在h3c802.1x认证时，也是乱码如下
