Senior Linux Graphic Display Driver Software Engineer (for Open Source)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with open source community on XXX graphic ASIC display driver on implementation and issue solving.
- Work with key customers and vendors on implementation and issue solving.
- Join XXX internal open source team to enable XXX graphic ASIC 3D driver
- Interact with the external Graphics Community on behalf of XXX.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Master degree or above in C.S. or E.E.
- Good knowledge of C/C++ programming
- Good knowledge of Linux programming
- Good knowledge of graphics is a plus
- Good community driving ability is a strong plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English language communication skills (including speaking/reading/writing) and a CET-6 ‘pass’ are required
- Meet two or more items in below:
a. 5+ years experience in C/C++ programming
b. 3+ years experience in Linux kernel development and debugging
c. 3+ years experience in Linux device driver development and debugging
d. 3+ years on 3D driver (OpenGL or DirectX) development or related fields
e. Experience in graphics driver development is a plus
