I have been using Ubuntu and Kubuntu for over a year now.

It is a challenge to get KDE themed if you don't know what to get and it took me several days of hunting and finding what needs to be installed in order to fully theme Linux/KDE. Here is what I have found that needs some work.

3. After downloading a theme, there is no place to apply it unless you happen to know that its not in the Look and Feel and must be either dragged and dropped on top of the settings window. Either that, or you have to hit the command line and use KControl.

1. This one is a real challenge for me. First I don't care for the dual bars so it takes some time to get it configured to one.

There are other issues with theming in general but I would like to see more attention or a thorough how-to given to customizing the desktop/boot screen/login managers/splash screens/icons/window borders/menu (kbfx) (sled).

In my opinion it seems a bit clunky, not all in one location, hidden apps, or needing to install other programs to get this done.（翻译不了，抱歉）
