Job Description

Settingup bluetooth network

Networkingbluetooth boxes location wise

masterslave networking using bluetooth

networkingusing Wi-Fi

networkingusing GPRS

IntegratingBluetooth administration server locally

Settingup local servers in China

localizingand installing Bluetooth administration server on server

Settingup content management network

settingup localized clusters

settingup centralized content management system

settingup specific admin roles for content insertion and updates

BlueGiga(Antennamanufacturers)support team co-ordination

Installand upgrade Windows and Linux OS on the servers

Implementand manage complex local and wide-area networks of machines and network users.

Installand configure OS software, Security software, Antivirus.

Setupand administer active directory.

Usescripting language to accomplish complex tasks like creation of users, assignsystem policies and file system rights etc.

Managedial-up networking/ISDN communications/Wireless/GPRS networking.

Deployauthentication systems/network security.

Monitorand optimize system performance.

SupportSQL Server/Oracle databases running on Linux, Sun Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, andWindows Etc.

Workin coordination with the DBA and development team.


Desired Candidate Profile

Over5yrs of experience as a Windows / Linux system administrator.

Windows200x server family (Active directory, DHCP, DFS, RIS, GPO, ACL Etc.)

Knowledgeof Bluetooth networking and protocols.

Knowledgeof Wireless based networking(Wifi, GPRS etc.)

ServerBased Computing (Citrix)

LinuxServer platform (RHEL)

ClusteringWindows (MSCS, WLBS / NLB, VERITAS)

Knowledgeon desktop support

Windowsscripting is added advantage

Knowledgeon database (SQL Server/Oracle development environment)

Knowledgeon Antivirus and patch management

Written& spoken command of English is required

BasicPlanning, coordinating and organization skills
