症状：
在升级到11.2.0.4之后，在database startup之后，下面的警告信息会生成：

升级到11.2.0.4
原因：
默认情况下，在11.2中，NUMA是被关闭的，但是如果在你的os级别启用了NUMA，并且如果_enable_NUMA_support = FALSE 的话，Oracle 只会检测（detect）到NUMA 而不会使用NUMA。

解决方案：
- Apply Patch:16613964 if available for your DBVersion and Platform.
or Upgrade to 12.1 where the issus is fixed
