知名美资芯片公司，现寻找资深Linux Kernel大牛一枚，要求Linux Kernel相关工作6年以上，
Preferred Experience and Capability:
- Master degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science with at least 7 year experience in Linux Kernel development
- Proven skill on x86/ARM assembly and C/C++ language, demonstrable C/C++ programming skills
- Solid experience with Kernel mode driver programming under Linux/Android environment.
- Solid knowledge on Linux Kernel architecture
- Experience with CPU/IOMMU/PCI/PCI-E/AMBA driver development is a plus
- Deep understanding of x86, ARM or embedded system architecture and major controller specifications like SATA, USB, EMMC
- Familiar with Linux distributions and experience on contribution to Linux community
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills required
- Proven interpersonal skill, technical leadership and teamwork required
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Experience of working with multi-site teams is a plus
KEY Responsibilities:
- A technical leader who architect, design and implement Linux/Android CPU/bus/device drivers and HALs for AMD platform solutions
- Close interact with ASIC design team in new feature definition and bring up for next product generation
- Improve customer satisfaction and product quality by solving technical problems
- Accountable on time delivery and quality of deliverables
- Motivate and encourage team members, drive team technical skill improvement and innovation
- Collaborate and interface with local and global management, development and test teams to deliver a complete product solution
- Regular communication via Audio/Video conference with global teams
