Supervisor, Software Engineering - Certification
Job Summary
The Red Hat Certification group is seeking a Supervisor, Software Engineering to join us in Beijing, China. the Certification team forms a strategic component of Red Hat's Products and Technologies and is intended to enable a deeply technical partner ecosystem to be developed. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Beijing Certification Engineering team in designing and improving the certification workflow definition and implementation. You'll supervise the Beijing team while collaborating with other engineering teams, peer Red Hat teams, and product managers around the globe.
工作职责：
-Work with management in the Certification group to define the team's strategy and objectives
-Guide the design, implementation, and delivery of work within the team
-Oversee team processes, monitor metrics, and make continuous improvements to improve the team's efficiency
-Be actively involved in high-profile customer and partner interactions
-Be regularly involved with managers in other departments
-Work collaboratively with product management
-Be directly responsible for high visibility deliverables at the departmental level
-Effectively mediate compromises and definitive outcomes across teams and departments
素质要求：
-Bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering or computer science is preferred
-Highly organized, with excellent communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to be flexible as the product and organization develops; basic direct people management experience
-Knowledge of the Linux operating system and software and hardware certification
-Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
