Job Summary
The Red Hat Quality Engineering team is seeking a Quality Engineer with advanced development skills to work on Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) testing. In this role, you will participate in creating test plans, researching new features, and developing automated test scripts. You'll also perform acceptance, function, regression, integration, and performance testing on the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization products. We'll need you to have a passion and desire for testing, scripting, and examining how things work internally, as you'll be encouraged to create innovative solutions to problems. This position is a great opportunity to work with some of the brightest engineers in the open source industry.

-研发新功能和测试计划
-开发、评估、维护自动测试脚本和测试用例（手动和自动）
-执行自动测试脚本，分析评估测试结果
-分析、报告、跟踪缺陷
-调试软件技术问题，执行自动化测试
素质要求：
-本科学历须3年以上工作经验，硕士学历须2年以上工作经验
-3年以上Linux平台开发经验
-2年以上软件研发或性能测试经验
-有虚拟化项目经验者优先
-2年以上利用Bash，Perl或Python编写脚本的经验
-熟悉各种操作系统组件，特别是内核部分
-良好的英语读写听说能力，足以应对工作中需要的技术文档读写和交流汇报等
-适应快速的工作环境，热爱挑战，具有较强的抗压与团队合作能力

Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Engineering Operations team. Within the Hosted and Shared Services team, Engineering Operations hosts and manages the infrastructure used by engineering to develop and produce world-class open source software. In this role, you will work as part of a global team in our North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you'll investigate, communicate, and troubleshoot escalated issues coming from our frontline support engineers. You will also act as a mentor to other junior staff, while collaborating with team members to determine the root cause of technical issues and the best course of action to resolve them.

-维护数据中心及灾难恢复、监控与报警系统
-推进业务连续性的设计开发
-计划并执行日常维护，减少宕机

-5年以上相关全球化团队工作经验
-扎实的Unix和Linux基础；有Linux证书者更佳
