进入安全模式生成镜像, 对文件系统进行扫描, 均未发现错误. 在安全模式下使用
/boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk -R /a
生成ramdisk后问题解决.
在运行过程中, 也可使用
/boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk
来生成boot-image, 而不是到系统关闭或重启时生成
