Job Summary
The Red Hat Quality Engineering team is seeking a Quality Engineer to join us in Beijing, China. This team serves as the last checkpoint before code is released to the public. In this role, you will search for, analyze, report, and track kernel defects and verify kernel network bug fixes. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be encouraged to come up with innovative solutions while working alongside some of the brightest engineers in the open source industry. We'll need you to have a balance of good technical skills and an interest in running cases and troubleshooting.
工作任务：
-Test network bugs and test case automation
-Running regression tests and analyze results
-Write, debug, and improve test cases
-Investigate network functions and features and design test plans
-Debug software problems and create tools as needed
素质要求：
-Solid background and skills with Linux
-Proficient knowledge in one or more areas in IPv6, IGMP, IPsec, TCP, NIC drivers, bonding, virtual LAN, bridge, and route
-Familiarity with at least one language in Perl, Shell, Python, or C
-Good debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
-Passion and desire for testing and examining how things work internally
-Ability to remain patient and diligent when working on tedious or detailed tasks
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Knowledge in kernel implementation is a plus
